REFUND POLICY
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your refund will be issued right after your returned item has been accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or on sale items.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at info.saolastudio@gmail.com to alert us of the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will issue a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
