POTENTIAL DELAYS AND COVID-19

The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We’ve redesigned our order fulfillment center to comply with government/state recommended social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines.
We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All shipping used by SAOLA STUDIO provide a tracking number. If multiple orders are placed on the same account going to the same address the orders may be combined.
All orders are processed within 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local shipping to Czechia will be delivered to your address within 2-5 days once your order has been processed.
Shipping within EU countries will be delivered within 4-10 days once processed.
Please allow up to 5 weeks for standard ground shipping US package(s) to be delivered due to international customs clearance and your local post office service. All US packages will be processed and shipped in one big package to a mediator within 2 weeks max, who will ship out packages through USPS services once received.
If your wish to order an item to a country that has not been listed, please send us an email at info.saolastudio@gmail.com and we will try our best to look up shipping options and possibilities.
Due to different shipping laws in each country, SAOLA Studio will not take responsibility for any penal, or damages and delays from improper international practices.
When your tracking number says the shipment is delivered, please check your property closely for the package or post office note. If you receive a note from your carrier, please follow the steps on the note to receive your item(s).
SAOLA Studio will not be responsible for lost item(s) due to the mistake of the carrier, or local package thieves.
